"I must say that the two Mad Fish wines on tasting today (Unwooded Chardonnay and Cabernet Merlot) are showing really well! The Unoaked Chardonnay shows yummy mandarin and melon flavours with a pleasant softness on the finish. Very good quality and the Mad Cabernet Merlot 2004 is opening up (but will still improve during next few years) and is elegant with good depth, but not too heavy. Ripe berry flavours and soft tannins. There is something for every palate here today. ;) It’s not too early for a tasting!"
